Previous Win XP to Parallels?

I have a hard drive from an old computer that has windows XP on it.

The computer it was in is dead, but the drive is fine.
(I can read and write to it just fine in a USB sata cradle.)

Is there anyway to import the whole thing into a Parallels virtual machine?

Thanks.
