Thoughts? I'm not really liking the design. :(

Edit: oops looks like I'm a bit late with the news. Here are the concept unveiling photos, still the same design.

Jaguar like front, and that side profile hints at BMW?

It's not bad, just nothing inspiring.

Amazing how subaru just can't make a WRX that isn't ricey/gaudy/tacky looking.

Hideous cars, those WRXs...doesn't matter the year.

The early WRX hatches weren't gaudy at all. All they had was a hood scoop. In fact, they look quite plain.

As for the rest of it - you have to consider the audience. These are sporting cars, you can't make them bland like your average Corolla, Golf, Civic, etc. I do wish mine was a little more toned down from the factory but at least dark gray paint helps. These are also very function over form cars. With a few tweaks these can be made quite fast and most people just care about that far more than what it looks like.

The concept looks nice but I doubt the final car will retain more than 50% of the looks. That seems to be the case with most Subarus. And it's fine by me. I wouldn't want every cop to look at me dirty every time I drive by in one of these.
