Just brought home our 13"!

iMac Al 24" (2008)
MacBook Air Mid-2012

I've had my eye on this machine for a long time (my wife even more so) and today was the day. She'll be finishing up her teaching credential on the machine and then in April I'll be using this thing for devbootcamp.com.

congrats, it's a great machine. Best in apple's current lineup, IMO. I will probably hold off for the next one, but this one is very tempting.

TLMC, ok, are there any other ideas for said acronym/designation?

I've had my eye on this one as well, though I'd bump the RAM to 8. Good luck getting it away from her after she's had a chance to fall in love with it.

Yeah I finally pulled the plug on buying one this year. I bought a 13" mba 2.0 with 8gig memory and 512HD. Figured might as well get bigger hard drive so I would not have to worry about it.

If it wasn't for me having said "We will get the MBA this weekend..." I would have just ordered online and got a 128 with 8gb. But after going to the Applestore only to realize they don't carry that configuration I said screw it and went with the 128/4gb. Honestly wasn't worth the small amount of crap I was going to get for not getting the MBA this weekend. Good ol' marriage!

I have a NAS for my library storage, but I really hope the memory thing doesn't bug me in 2-3 years.
