what are some other social policies we could do?
Tax single people heavily, make them get married. Limit on # of children (don't want to have too many now) IQ test or certain income level to have children. I think those are some good ones to start with. |

We already do that. See my post above.
We already do the opposite (child tax credit of $1000/child). Good luck getting that one made into law. I think it would be constitutional, though.

Sure, but that's arguably a second crime. Currently, we take force against the ownership and distribution of child pornography. By your argument about property, this would have to change since someone who makes child pornography could argue that the equipment, video and subsequent digital files are all property. Only the person who actually committed acts against the child could be held accountable.
