Hello guys,

I have a dilemma - I would like to shoot some reference and it would help me to see directly what the video (and staging etc) will look like so I was thinking to position to my D90 for the video and then I would place my rMBP next to it but just facing the screen towards me so I can see everything and adjust it accordingly without the painful process of shooting it-look for errors, reshooting etc.

Is there a way to tether it directly? I know I could do it with pictures so as soon as I take a picture it shows in aperture but is there a way to have the live view on the mac too with video?

Thank you very much for any suggestions.

You can try Image Capture or maybe Quicktime. Trial and error. I remember someone asking this before. idk if they got their answer. I think there is an issue maybe with the video from a DSLR to the computer.

I haven't tried it. Maybe you might try http://www.sofortbildapp.com/
