What will Sunday's 6th gen Jailbreak bring?

So as I've heard, the iPhone 5 jailbreak is officially coming on Sunday. I know all jailbreakers will be manning their stations.

But what have we lost from Jailbreaking and what new things will this new Jailbreak bring?
