I am a newbie so please bare with me. I ordered a 27" i7 8gb of ram ( will install after market ram) i didn't get the fusion drive becuase i am on a budget. A friend of my gave me a 120GB SSD. I will be install windows 7 through bootcamp. I will install Parallels 8 and have it point at the booted windows drive. here is my question, could install windows 7 (and othe windows based programs) directly on the SSD and use that as a boot drive? Will it work? If not how can I make it work?
