An app to obscure sensitive information on pictures taken with screen capture?

I need an app where I can edit parts of a screen captured photo so that I can hide sensitive information, by blacking it out, or blurring it. I used an app where I can draw on the photo but it distorts the photo after I've saved it to my camera roll....

Something like "Draw 4 Free" would do the trick.
There must be others out there though
