Verizon 4S Circle Data

Over the last few days, I haven't been able to get 3G. I've had my phone since February of 2012 without any issues, but now I just can't get a signal. My iPhone has been jailbroken since the day I got it, so maybe it's a tweak I installed? Any ideas guys? If needed I can go get a new iPhone since I pay for warranty.

Edit: I found the issue.
