Hello,
I've had a Sennheiser PC-151 for a few months now, and whenever I record in Quicktime with the microphone, about 2 minutes of straight static/echoing occur. This usually happens at about an hour and nine minutes in, and from there occurs every hour afterward. I've searched a couple of forums and found that a lot of people have had similar problems. The solution I kept seeing was to go into Audio MIDI and change the clocking/add an aggregate device, which I did, but nothing changed. To give some specs, the microphone is on a headset which has a 3.5mm stereo jack. I have that attached to a USB adapter. At first I thought that the static came from the time machine backing up, as it happened every hour, but it still occurred even after I turned off Time Machine.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
Griffin
