I really like my new iPad retina, but I need one with more memory and this is only a 16gb.
How can I easily erase this one and let the new owner start with a clean slate?

I don't want to take this to the apple store. Thanks.

If you want to reset it, just open in iTunes and under Summary just click Restore iPad. Then when they plug it in for first time it is like it came out of box and they can set it up from scratch.
