Sales App

I was wondering if anyone out there using any apps on tracking sales? We run a small tshirt business and wasnt wanting a app to track sales and orders. And just wondering if anyone out there has a idea of a good app?

ive heard a few good things about http://www.salesforce.com/

but youd need some way to get your data in to it
