[iPad] Mirroring iPad Screen on a Computer Monitor using a Cable?

Hello,
I was wondering whether I could use either of these cables:

to completely mirror the screen of my iPad (3rd generation) on a computer monitor. Does it fully mirror the screen?

It should mirror your ipad, choose the right one though, if you have hdmi tv take the second one. if not first one.
