Is this a good deal? Craigslist deal

I want to trade my iPad 3 16gb black wifi version. Has box and all papers and receipt for warranty good until next month. Mint condition. Also have a 32gb iPod touch 4th gen that has box, all papers, USB cord but no headphones. Has a black speck candy shell. iPod is mint. Perfect screen and 9.8 perfect back.

So this MacBook Air I've been trying to trade with a guy.the specs are

2011 macbook air
128 ssd hard drive
4 gigs of ram
1.7 ghz i5 intel processor

the laptop also will come with a charger.

Now,if we meet at the apple store and everything checks out is this a good,deal?

If it checks out, I'd say it sounds like a good trade. Especially if he has AppleCare.

I sold my same spec MBA for $750 last week. I'd say that's a good deal at $800 (especially if there is AppleCare). Mine did not have AppleCare and had a few bright spots starting to show on the screen. Felt like I had to get out before it became a bigger issue. Picked up an iPad 4 64GB wifi at Best Buy open box with an extra 10% for ~$580 plus tax.

The value of your items:
iPad $300-$350
iPod $150-$200

So value wise would be a good deal if his Air checks out.
