I believe that's when call forwarding is on.

According to the iPhone IOS6 User's Manual (yes there is one at Apple u can download) page 11: CALL FORWARDING.

He's probably like me, I don't like folders, and I try to have as little as possible, I just think they look tacky :/

I find myself using folders less and less since the icon limit is so low it makes folders not as helpful as they could be. Hopefully that limit is removed in iOS 7 since we are all downloading more and more apps.

If it came on on its own and disappeared later , its a Conditional Call Forwarding Setup ... something like Forward to Voicemail when phone unreachable, etc ..

Dial ##21# on your phone , this will disable ALL types of Call Forwarding (Not advisable)

I get that symbol appear every time I hard reset my phone.

To get it off I go into the call forwarding settings and it goes off.

It's call forwarding. I use it every time.
