Add pre-Bonjour printers to OS X 10.6+

Running a little behind the product update curve, I have recently upgraded my system to OS X 10.6.8, and several printers on our network no longer appear on my list to add. These printers predate Bonjour, obviously. Is there a way to locate them and add them?
