Backup Advice?

I use CCC to do image backups, but sometimes I just want to backup a few things, e.g iCal events, some personal files. How can I do that with a one click app?

You can do this in CCC, just make another schedule which will only backup your Home folder for instance.

Select source and target disks, uncheck all boxes except Home( your User Name) in Users and hit schedule this task.
