iPad: How much faster is the Ipad 4 when loading web pages vs. the Ipad 3?

I have seen many speed tests that show that the Ipad 4 boots faster and plays games faster than the Ipad 3. I wanted to know how much faster the Ipad 4 would load web pages and if it is faster, is it noticeable? The browsers I plan to use is Safari and Chrome. This is in comparison to the Ipad 3. Thanks!

Almost no difference att all when it comes to pure webbrowsing. Here is a good video that compares the speed:

The iPad4 is a much better gaming machine, but for normal usage the difference is very subtle.
