Hi everyone,

I was wondering if I should contact Apple about this issue. I've ordered an iPhone 5 on Nov/06 and it has been way over 2 weeks and still "processing". Notice the availability is "2-3 weeks" despite the fact that when trying to order one the availability has been dropped to only 2 weeks now. Why hasn't my order been updated to 2 weeks? I've checked my support profile and no iPhone 5 serial # has been linked yet... :(

Not as frustrating as when it was 4 weeks plus and then some to order online.

All the uk networks were struggling.

It took me 14 attempts and around 25 days at trying to reserve a sim free one for collection at my local apple high street store.

Patience certainly is a virtue !!

Why not just try the online reservation at night? It's fairly easy to get one that way nowadays. I got one like that this week on a first try.
