I was wondering if I should contact Apple about this issue. I've ordered an iPhone 5 on Nov/06 and it has been way over 2 weeks and still "processing". Notice the availability is "2-3 weeks" despite the fact that when trying to order one the availability has been dropped to only 2 weeks now. Why hasn't my order been updated to 2 weeks? I've checked my support profile and no iPhone 5 serial # has been linked yet...
