I am going to buy a good app for keeping personal information.
Could you give me advise with finding . Especially I need:
- it could keep various formats such as text , pictures, audio and video files
- it can create folders or manage all data clearly
- it has own database to collect all data such had Yojimbo and also it could encrypt/hide it
I need this because I am not only who is using macbook so I need to keep my information from work and life organized and invisible.
Also I've downloaded the trial versions of Yojimbo, Together and DEVONthink Pro Office and:
Yojimbo - very good app but however it can't simply add or import any video files which I have tons of them.
Together - it doesn't have own database so the information could be taken from it.
DEVONthink - nice app with own database, but it can't encrypt it.
