Some icons missing on Desktop Menu Bar, Safari Menu Bar and Finder Menu Bar
Hi, I'm a new Mac user. My MBA runs Mountain Lion 10.8.2. Then I realised that some icons on my Desktop Menu Bar, Safari Menu Bar and Finder Menu Bar are missing. Here are some snapshots:
Desktop Menu Bar: ![]() Safari Menu Bar: ![]() Finder Menu Bar: ![]() I need help to fix this. I've been looking for the solution for days but up till now I still couldn't find any. Please help me THANKS

You might try disk permission fix using Disk Utility.

I looked on Apple's Support Community and this was occurring to numerous people back in November 2012.
http://discussions.apple.com/thread/...art=0&tstart=0 One poster discovered that booting into Safe Mode corrected things, this was confirmed by several others. Quote:
