So far Apple has only released the unlocked price for the 5C and 5S. Does any one have any idea of how much they'll cost on a contract?

Big 3 has not released their pricing yet, but looking at increase in cost of unlocked iphone, it will be about 20$ more than iphone 5 cost last year. Most probably 190/299/399 for 3 year contract.

It will be more for 2 year term.

iPhone 5s on 2 year term: $199, $299, $399
iPhone 5c on 2 year term: $99, $199
iPhone 4s on 2 year term: $0

Since switching to the two year terms in Ontario phone prices have not changed for iPhones, they will stay the same as the US especially now that we have two year contracts. I doubt prices will go up, if they do I'll be pretty pissed.

In bc you can get 2 year plans but why pay more per month take the 20 bucks per month x24
480 bucks and put towards a unlocked iPhone whatever has come out an only have 1 year left on contract. That's my plan anyways

Because some people don't have $676.87 to put down on a phone (price of iPhone 5c + tax in Ontario). Also, it's actually cheaper for my fiancee and I to sign a two year contract then buying unlocked. Two unlocked iPhone 5c's is $1353.74, but upgrading on a two year contract is $359.74. Please tell me how I would make that difference up?

Even after buying unlocked iPhone, we will have to pay big for monthly plan anyways to get decent amount of data and minutes. so I think its better to just get it on contract and save some money on phone cost.
