Swap micro for nano ? on Prepaid number ? At&t

Hello Folks!

I fly to the US every now and then. For all my previous visits I used the prepaid micro on my iPhone 4 (International & unlocked) and it worked very well with no problems (Data, calling, SMS...etc) and I kept charging it before it expires just to keep the number

Now, I bought a new iPhone5 (International & Unlocked). What is the best way to get a nano sim ? For the same PAYG (prepaid) number I have.

What is required and is the swap done for free ?

Are all Att shops the same ? My point of entry will be Austin, TX. So, ideally would like to do the swap ASAP.
