My only problem was the awkward reach to the control key when using bootcamp. Used sharpkeys (link below) to map it to the left command key (the right command key stays the windows key). Since the command key in MacOS tends to act like the control key in Windows, this makes the two OSs more similar (cut and paste for example).

So really? Not much of a difference. VirtualBox gets updated regularly. I have Parallels but honestly when I need to do something and don't want to boot up into BootCamp, VirtualBox has worked fine for me.
