Mac Pro 1,1 ATI 5780 problems...

hey guys i have a flashed 5780 on the mac pro 2006 model, the fan gets loud and sometimes i get like red/green/ lines all over the monitor, it is connected via HDMI

looks sort of like this

what could be going on?

its like the picture below, except its green/red for example half the side of the monitor shows horizontal other side shows vertical lines.

it comes on ok sometimes, so i dont know whats going on . thanks

Does unplugging and replugging in the cable fix this screen issue?

I switched to another hdmi port on my tv and it works now. No problem so far. But my card is still loud? Anyway to make it a little quieter lol
