anyone have any feedback on this processor? is this the "right one" to use in dual config? wattage etc all ok?

I just ordered two x5680s and one of them arrived DOA another had some strange spots on it... My first experience with this company and it's a bad one. I have just requested a refund, but since it's MLK monday, they will probably respond on Tuesday only... I hope
