iPad Anyone upgrade from iPad 3 to 4

yea i think it is difficult to upgrade an ipad every year. releasing them twice year makes it even more difficult.
I upgraded, partly because I could do so with little cost and partly for increased resale value for iPad 5.
I personally think the iPad 4 release was an abnormal release in the cycle. Purely to get people onto the lightning connector. It'll go back to yearly cycle either in march, as it has been, or October.
it will cost about $400 to make the switch. i am concerned about a thinner redesigned ipad 5 in the next 6 months if apple goes to 2 updates a year.
