[All iPads] Lightning Adaptor & Camera Connection Kit?

Hi,

I've recently picked up an ipad mini and iPad 4th gen, and still have the old 30-pin camera connection kit from an older ipad. Rather than buying the new lightning camera connection kit, does anyone know if the Lightning to 30-pin adaptor works with the older 30-pin camera kit?

Yes it works very well. I confirmed it with a 4th generation iPad. It is able to import pictures and video from both the SD and USB adapter.
