well it could be argued that there wouldn't even have been a beast to put the reins on if Clinton hadn't released it in the first place
don't get me wrong though, i don't dislike Clinton's presidency all that much myself, i just feel that the financial deregulation that occurred during his tenure casts a shadow over his presidency
