Wow, a thread anout how the mini screw isn't good enough because it's not retina. And started by a guy with the username "android fan." This is adding a lot to the site.

Lol, the screen is far from terrible. The difference to me between a retina display and the mini display is slight. I like the display on the mini. I find it weird how there's people that throw tantrums and act like it's a non-functional screen.

I find these threads comical. I had an ipad 3 and gave it to my wife to get a mini. While the 3 screen was definitely fantastic, the mini screen is really great and not "terrible" at all. how close to your face are you holding it?

The mini's screen is far from terrible and I have been pleasantly surprised so far.

I also don't believe for a second the retina display was intentionally held back for the second version - I simply don't think they can make it work without IGZO....

That would be a ton of pixels to pack into a small screen (if they go with the regular iPad resolution, which given past catering to devs, they most likely will).

I think forums are a reflection of all kinds of personalities. When one doesn't mesh with your own it does not mean the forum needs a "cleansing". Perhaps you may want to take a closer look at your own "inner bad life" that makes you so sensitive to a posting on an internet forum to begin with.
