Shared name
I see one iMac with 2 names on the network.
One has the computer's name and in the information is a Mac, the second has the name: iMac-5a3bxx and in the informatIon is a PC??? To is new today? Why? Ideas? Thank you in advance kobrynioli |

Could that second entry machine be running Windows in Parallels or similar VM software?

I guess the iMac has sharing turned on for afp and smb protocols
(System Preferences -> Sharing -> Options) If you don't want or need to share to Windows-Clients you can turn smb-sharing off |
