A friend of mine has an internet addiction. He is constantly on youtube, playing minecraft and on facebook. How can he help curb his addiction. If you have experience, please share

Get a social life outside of the Internet. It'll make him want to go out more.

I want an Admin/Moderator to check the IP addresses of these accounts and find out if they're associated in any way.

I just like that someone is asking about internet addiction on an internet forum. Like asking a cake shop owner how to give up eating cakes

Cycling is a lovely way to experience the outside world in a relaxed fashion, without exerting too much energy unless you really want to.

Although, back when I was addicted to the Internet the joke was get him a 1200 baud modem.
