In a word... 'badly'. A discrete graphics card will always outshine an integrated one.

This chart is kind of innacruate,

Ive seen the HD4000 running several games and it far outperformed the cards its listed next to on that chart..but only on some games, on other it performed far WORSE than the cards its listed next to.

Ultimately i guess it real answer is, how is the game optimized, and how good are the newest drivers.

but always , Dedicated = better than intergrated
