Which is the best RAM for the 2.3GHz i7 Mac mini?

I Am buying a 2.3ghz i7 mac mini and I am going to upgrade it to 16gb of ram my self. I am wondering what would be the best upgrade kit for $60 to $100?

This is the kit that I bought. Newegg and Fry's had recent deals dropping this down to about $65-$70. Runs well with no errors when checked.

Has anybody tried Kingston HyperX PnP memory? According to their technical sheet it's superior to Crucial

http://www.kingston.com/datasheets/K...9S3P1K2_8G.pdf

Crucial memory: CL=11 1.35V
Kingston HyperX PnP: CL=9 1.5V

I wonder what's the difference in performance in real life usage.
