Pointless claims? You said that I can buy an RPG, show me where.

I'm not sure of your intentions. Are you trying to agree with me?

Assuming it were 0 deaths, that would be a good thing. Goes to show how tight regulation and the fact that they're hard to obtain can significantly lower deaths. Imagine how if they were easily obtainable and sold widely, with almost little hoops to jump through, how many more would be used in crimes.

I said that you can, meaning in theory, you can. This argument isn't about where you can buy one.

RPG's should never be available to a civilian.

In theory, yes you can buy one. But, reality is that you can't.

The same goes with other weapons, ammunition, and clips.

Win/win.
Didn't New York effectively ban its police force from those weapons?
Effectively does the job for the company.

But it doesn't make it harder for the bad guys to get them. Only harder for the people that actually go down to the gun store and fill out the paperwork and get all the proper permits from the police station.

10 second Google search pulled it up.
Link to legislation

A full metal jacket is NOT a "normal" round.

Full metal jacket rounds are not desirable for many reasons. The biggest being they are by far less safe in most conditions. They penetrate and pass through the animal you are shooting at and continue on. They can also pass through walls without loss of velocity making them a poor choice for home defense. They are horrible for hunting and lead to many wounded and never found animals.

Barrett has banned sales to LE in California since 2002 and they are still in business.

That's more of a public relations move than anything else.
