Ios 7 beta always stays on wifi does no switch from LTE to wifi

I've noticed on ios beta it's always on wifi in ios 6 It would switch from LTE to wifi at home, any one else see this

Also the I am losing the network all together. It will just say AT&T and no 4g or edge or anything. If I switch to AirPlane mode gets stuck on no service any thoughts?
