[iPad] Help with iPad file sharing

Hi guys, I got an ipad for university and I plan to store my docs in the cloud via dropbox or similar services however is there a service that will allow me to edit files in cloud with downloading and uploading?

Google drive didn't work the way I hoped it to any more suggestions

What apps you way to use to create content ?

I like GoodReader as a nice app for sharing files with all kind of protocols (incl. Samba and AFP against file server)

iCloud not possible ?
