[iPad] Air-play

Can air-play be used over an Airport express?

Im trying to airplay my misc from ipad to the airport express which is connected via Audio out to aux in on hifi, but the iPad doesn't play through hif speakers even though it's conneced wirelessly to Airport express.

What am i doing wrong here?

Have you activated it?

When connected you should have a new icon next to the volume bar, click it and then select your airport express from the list.

Have u enabled airplay in the Airport Express settings? Go into the Airport Utility app and check it out
