Best app to move photos from photo library to camera roll?

I want to keep all of my photos in camera roll. What is the best app to move all of ym photos that are in photo library into the camera roll folder?

Mainly preference but there are also functional limiataions such as being able to delete pictures directly from the iPhone, which can't be done if they are in photo library.
