Playing a WMV streaming file on x1.5 speed

Is there a program that will allow me to play a .wmv streaming file on x1.5 of x2.0 speed?

I have flip4mac but there is no speed option when streaming.

My videos play in flip player not in quicktime 7. Is there this option in flip player? If not, how do I the streaming video to play in quicktime 7?
