Wait for the 2nd gen Mini, and skip the smaller 5th gen Touch. Reading and playing games will VERY much benefit from the extra screen size (4" vs 7.9" for $30 dollars more).

Hello everyone Thanks for all the great replies. I think I'm gonna go for the Nano, because it is a great balance between my iPhone and an iPod touch. And the design is pretty freaking awesome
