I've been finding that when I import some of my videos created by apps on my iphone, to Aperture, many are incompatible so Aperture won't play them and worse, won't even let me export them so that I can play them somewhere else.
They are usually timelapse videos which have a different frame rate from the norm (eg 30 fps) but the size and H codec are compatible according to what I saw here http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4025.
What can I do? I generally don't discover which are the unsupported videos until I've already imported them and potentially deleted the originals from my iphone. It would be very time-consuming to have to email each video to myself from my iphone instead of importing with photos and normal videos.
