Web app development

I'm thinking of developing a web app that will primarily be aimed at mobile devices, both iOS and Android. The core code already exists for the desktop version but I'm looking at the overall framework to use, either jQuery/jqTouch or Sencha.

Does anyone have experience of either (or both) of these and their relative strengths and weaknesses?
