Need Help downgrading from IO7 on iPad mini

Hey guys,

Have been using IO7 for the past 4 betas with no issues on my ipad mini. Now it resprings constantly and takes forever to reload. I went to restore it and it won't let me, gives me an error message (pic attached).

googled for help and it suggested itunes needs updating but my itunes is current. any suggestions?

Place it into DFU mode, manually download the proper firmware for your iPad mini at this website iDownloadBlog.
Make sure to take note if your mini has GSM capabilities or if it's wifi only before selecting the proper 6.1.3 IPSW

After it finishes downloading hold down OPTION while simultaneously pressing the "Restore" button in iTunes. You should be good to go.
