iPhone 4S Uploading to YouTube at 1080p
Hi Guys,
Ive created a test video on my 4S and uploaded to YouTube directly on the phone using WiFi selecting HD etc when uploading but when viewing on my PC the highest quality I can select is 720p, its been around 24hrs since it was uploaded because ive read some people saying it can take a few hours for YouTube to enable 1080p. Any Idea appreciated! ![]() Cheers, Jas |

Update:
If I get the Video to my Mac using iPhoto and upload it on the YouTube site its showing as 1080p, I would assume that uploading from the Phone is capped at 720p? |

Just to quickly chime in, I did read somewhere that straight from your iPhone is capped like you suggested. It was recommended you transfer movies to your mac/pc before uploading if you want 1080.

Same thing here! Videos only uploaded in 720p.
Imported in iPhoto and uploaded to Youtube 1080p is possible... |
