I have been researching this for almost two months now. I need a simple answer. Is there a way to get Straight Talk to work on an iPhone 4 running 6.0.1 and still get MMS? I have read so much stuff that it makes me head spin and I don't know what to believe anymore. So, is it possible? Yes or No...if yes, how?!?!!? I am in desperate need of help.

Yes, it's possible. I have a locked AT&T iPhone 5 that I use on Straight Talk. I am currently on 6.0.1. To get MMS to work, you will need to do the T-Mobile SIM swap. Google it and you'll see the step by step. Everything is working fine for me.
