People get them to work on the refurbished iPads as a previous poster showed, because some how it doesn't catch the limitation, but I have never seen the 45 off work on a new ipad (though it does work on a smart cover), so I'd be incredibly surprised if the 100 off works on a brand new release iPad.

See if it works on the mini, but I would be surprised if it does.
