Recorded a 50 minute meeting, 60.7 MB, that I cannot hear! What gives? I hear nothing, and yes I used my mac book so the microphone is built in, and was on. How do I get to hear this critical information? Thank in advance to all who will help!

Check you sound settings in system preferences.

>system preferences , under hardware click sound and the click the input tab. Check that the internal microphone is listed and that the input volume slider is set so that it can capture the sound.

This will not help you recover the original recording, because if the sensitivity was not set right, or the wrong source was selected then it's too late.
