PLEASE HELP. Cursor freaking out, keys not working

It's been happening for a while but is now happening regularly. The cursor will all of a sudden start quickly moving constantly to the right preventing me from typing anything in. Also when this happens the option and apple keys don't work. Driving me insane!

Try a different mouse and keyboard.
