Help: Duplicate files

Is there harm in deleting duplicate files using Clean Genius Pro?

I am considering to erase some of my duplicate files, especially in the section of Others. But, I am quite unsure if it will affect the smooth running system of my Mac.

Kindly educate me. Thank you.

Storage of files on your computer, even duplicate files, have nothing to do with your system's performance, unless you're almost out of disk space.
